1. Read Psalm 100:4 AMPC, Psalm 50:23 AMPC, Psalm 149:6-9, 2 Chronicles 20:21-22
Worship God in the beauty of His holiness. Bless God for how He carried you through and strengthened you this past week. Deploy praise as a weapon of warfare.
Ask that as you praise God during this season, God fights for you and sends ambushment against those opposed to your advancement and favor this year.
2. Read 1 Samuel 10:14-16, Matthew 2:13, Mark 4:26-29, Jeremiah 1:6-9
Lord, grant me discretion and the grace to nurture in secret the things you are speaking to me in this season. I receive grace not to present to the world the things you are doing in me before the right time. I will wait patiently for your time of announcement and elevation.
3. Read Psalm 20:7; Jeremiah 17:5-8, Psalm 118:8-9
Lord, throughout this year and for the rest of my life, you are my hope and my trust. I will not put my confidence in man, neither will I put pressure on people but on your word and I see my faith produce results.
4. Read Philippians 1:9-11, Colossians 1:10-12, Hebrews 13:21
I declare that I am equipped with all that I need to do God’s will. I walk worthy of the Lord this year and I please Him in all things. I mature in my walk with the Lord. I attain spiritual stature and doctrinal depth this year and my appetite for the things of the Spirit is deepened.
5. Read Isaiah 40:28-31, 1 Corinthians 16:9, 2 Corinthians 12:9, Philippians 4:13
Lord, as I wait on you in this season, I take on your nature and character. I exchange my weakness for your strength. I have the energy, wisdom, strength and know-how to do the things you are laying on my heart for this year.
Lord, help me to persevere through any adversities I encounter this year. Help me not to give up on your plans for my life prematurely. I refuse to shrink back in the face of opposition or adversity this year.
6. Read Romans 15:30, Ephesians 6:18-19, Colossians 4:3-4, 1 Thessalonians 5:25, 2 Thessalonians 3:1-2
Lord, strengthen your church, our pastors and the leaders, to do the work you have called us to do with joy and to the best of their ability. Through their hands, advance Believers Heritage Ministries to its next level in you, this year and beyond.
7. Read Nehemiah 2:18-20, Ezra 6:3-8; 21-22
In the name of Jesus, this year we walk in favor before God and all the people, including the decision makers involved in our next level of growth and expansion. The favor of God is upon us as a church, and we will not be hindered. This year, we see a record number of people coming to the light of the gospel and growing in their relationship with God.
